CourseTranslate provides AI-powered course translation services powered by DubLabs AI technology. Our services include: • Automated translation of educational content to 100+ languages • Voice dubbing and lip-sync technology • Slide and visual content translation • API access for enterprise customers • Support and consultation services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To use our services, you must: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain all ownership rights to your original course content. By using our services, you grant CourseTranslate a limited, non-exclusive license to: • Process your content for translation purposes • Store content temporarily for service delivery • Create translated versions as requested • Generate anonymized metrics for service improvement We do not claim ownership of your content or translated materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to translate and distribute your content.

You agree not to use our services to: • Translate illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Violate intellectual property rights • Distribute malware or harmful code • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology • Resell our services without authorization • Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates this policy.

• Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase • All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified • Payment is due upon service initiation • Refunds are available within 30 days if translation hasn't begun • Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice For enterprise contracts, specific payment terms will be outlined in your agreement.

We strive to provide: • 48-hour translation delivery for standard courses • 99.9% service uptime • Accurate AI-powered translations • Responsive customer support However, we do not guarantee perfection in translations. Complex technical or specialized content may require human review. Delivery times may vary based on course length and complexity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • CourseTranslate's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We are not responsible for lost profits or business opportunities • We do not guarantee specific business results from using translated content Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold CourseTranslate, AI Guru, DubLabs AI, and their affiliates harmless from any claims arising from: • Your use of the services • Your content or translations • Violation of these terms • Violation of any third-party rights • Any misrepresentation regarding content ownership

CourseTranslate, the CourseTranslate logo, and all related AI technology are proprietary to AI Guru and DubLabs AI. You may not: • Copy or modify our software or AI models • Create derivative works based on our technology • Use our trademarks without permission • Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our algorithms All feedback you provide becomes our property and may be used to improve services.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to: • Processing of content for translation • Storage in US-based servers • Use of anonymized data for AI improvement • Sharing with DubLabs AI for processing We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect your content.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • By providing 30 days written notice • Immediately for material breach • Upon account closure Upon termination: • Your access to services will cease • Pending translations will be completed • Your content will be deleted per our retention policy • Refunds will be processed per our refund policy

Any disputes shall be: • Governed by Delaware law • Resolved through binding arbitration in Princeton, NJ • Conducted in English • Subject to confidentiality Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived. Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes.
